David Le - As our General Manager, David oversees all aspects of our operations, from sales, scheduling and installations. He is committed to optimizing efficiency and maintaining a positive work culture that empowers our team to thrive. He is known for his strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and ability to inspire and motivate his team to achieve their best.
David grew up in the Seattle/Eastside area and holds a BA from Seattle University.
In his free time, David enjoys the local beer and wine scenes. As well as traveling to cities with swimmable beaches.
Jeff Bettger - I have over 20 years of construction experience, 15 years of which have been in flooring. I have installed decorative concrete, Tile, Carpet, Hardwood, Vinyl flooring, and just about any other type of flooring you can think of. I am known to be a bit of a Tile and hardwood snob but am also geared to trying to find the best solution for each project and budget.
I really enjoy managing bathroom remodels, new hardwood projects, and working with our painters to add the final finishing touches. You can count on me to be responsive while we are working at your house.
Octavia Bettger - Was born and raised in Seattle. She has enjoyed working at Bella's Flooring for roughly two years as a desk receptionist. She is currently enrolled in college and studying to be a therapist.
Kevin García - A driven and adventurous individual who enjoys exploring the outdoors, playing sports, and setting and achieving new goals. “I believe that hard work and dedication are essential to achieving success, and will always strives to be the best version of myself.”
Rita - I offer the first greetings on behalf of the company. I'm originally from Ukraine, and have been living in West Seattle the past few years. Throughout my travels, I've found that it's the people that make a place feel like home. With over 15 years of hand-on experience providing client-focused front desk service, I appreciate the opportunity to meet and communicate with a variety of wonderful people everyday. The staff at our office are more like family than colleagues. It's great to be a part of a talented, caring, and overall unique team! I promise that you will feel like a part of our family too when you walk through our doors.
Ray - Born and raised from Honolulu Hi, moved to Bellevue, WA in 2001. Graduated from the University of WA in 2009 with a BA in Psychology. Been working in sales since 2010 and loves providing world class service to all his clientele. Enjoys lifting weights, traveling, eating out with friends, and watching movies in his leisure time.
Deana's - I am fortunate to be a lifelong resident of this beautiful state. I began my career in design as a muralist and color consultant. I was introduced to Venetian plaster and attended the Seattle Architectural Finishing School. With that experience, I became interested in the entire process and opened a general contracting business.
Walls change quickly, but the basis for the room is the flooring. Colors, materials, and textures impact our well-being. Start with wood, stone, or cork and build from that timeless component. It's paramount to me that I form friendships, enjoy my days, and be creative. Transforming rooms is so satisfying, designing spaces that feel good. Everyone wants to meet at that place! All of us at Bella's are here to help simplify that process to make your dream a reality.
