Got Questions?!

Question: What is the typical service area?

Answer: We serve the greater Seattle area and are open to traveling outside this area.

Q: What Holidays is Bella's Flooring closed?

Answer: We are closed on the following Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve through the New Year.

Q: Is there a charge for measures?

Answer: Measures are completely free of charge.

Q: Does Bella's Flooring sell materials and where can I view them?

Answer: Yes, we do sell materials and we have a showroom located at 929 S Harney St. in Georgetown. Our showroom is open for appointment only during the week and walk-ins on Saturdays.

Q: Does Bella's Flooring provide samples at the measure appointment?

Answer:  Yes, upon request, and if possible we would like an idea of what materials you are interested in.

Q: Should I set up a measure appointment or showroom appointment first?

A: Although either way works, we suggest scheduling a measure first, so our flooring consultant can discuss the best materials for your project. Afterwards, we can set up a showroom appointment with the flooring consultant who has already assessed your project.

Q: Can the client provide their own material?

A: Yes, and we would like to know the material the client would be supplying (specifications and other details).

Q: Does Bella's Flooring work in condos?

A: Yes, we do work in condos and we have previously worked in many condos throughout the downtown area.

Q: Does Bella's Flooring move furniture?

A: Yes, for an additional charge.

Q: What is Bella's Flooring typical timeframe for installation?

A: For carpet, hardwood, and LVP we are typically booking out for 2 - 3 weeks and tile is usually a month. This timeframe may differ depending on the time of year such as summer when bookings are further out. However, we try our best to accommodate quicker turnarounds.

Q: If I recently purchased a home and I want to get the work done as soon as possible, what should I do?

A: We would set up a measure with you, your real estate agent, and the seller in order to walk through the project before the closing date. Therefore, we can begin work as soon as you close on your new home.

We Look forward to hearing from you!
